Charset UTF-32

UTF-32 is like having a huge toolbox for every character you could imagine. It uses four bytes for every character, no matter what it is. This means every character, from the simplest punctuation mark to complex symbols in languages like Chinese, has the same amount of space. UTF-32 is not as space-efficient as UTF-8 or UTF-16, but its simplicity lies in giving every character equal space, making it straightforward but large. It’s like using a big box to store everything, ensuring nothing gets left out.
